Michelle Deneke

Owner/CEO

Michelle is responsible for the day-to-day operations of TSI. She performs such duties as purchasing, budgeting, record management, invoicing, payroll, customer satisfaction, staff member performance, and quality assurance. Michelle has a BS in Business Management. She has worked in the computer industry for 19 years in a variety of positions. She began her career as a self-taught word processor, and her industrious nature led her to become a vice president/operating executive, and for five years Owner and Chief Executive Officer for TSI. Michelle has in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local government IT processes.

John Ellsworth

Executive Council/Project Manager

In his position on the Executive Council, John is responsible for advising the CEO and setting company policies, management practices, business development, recruiting, benefit analysis, and staff development. He specializes in inter-agency collaborative tools and applications, and has extensive knowledge of all elements of the U.S. Intelligence Community. John retired from government employment in 1998 after 28 years in Intelligence operations and management, including a number of years serving overseas. He has worked in the computer field professionally for 6 years as project manager and systems administrator for the National Intelligence Council and other IC components. He has a BA in History.

Angela J. White

Executive Council/Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As a member of the TSI Executive Council, Angela serves as an advisor to the CEO regarding human resources, recruitment strategies, and organizational structure. She also collaborates with council members on the development of policies, procedures, and business opportunities. As COO, Angela ensures that the TSI enterprise runs efficiently and effectively while implementing the objectives associated with the CEO's vision for the company. She manages the TSI headquarters team, which includes the office manager, human resources manager, contracts officer, and accountant, and serves as a backup to the CEO in her absence. Additionally, Angela is currently serving on a TSI subcontract for a Federal agency as a systems engineer. She has 10 years experience as a software engineer specializing in Oracle application development and previously served 9 years as a staff employee for the Federal Government. Angela holds an Associate of Science degree in Broadcast Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems, and Masters of Science in Information Systems Development.
